Push Notifications: Since Mikro Move is a preventative app, we may send "nudge" notifications to remind you of your daily moves. You can manage or disable these directly in your device settings or within the Mikro Move app settings.
Administrative Messages: Even if you opt out of marketing, you will still receive essential messages, such as subscription receipts or security alerts.
